These terms apply when you browse or buy from iQuackScoops. By placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a read.
Who we are
iQuackScoops is an independent reseller of Pokémon-themed collectibles based in Fulshear, Texas. Pokémon is a registered trademark of its respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
Our products
Quack Scoops are mystery products: each one is hand-packed with a randomized assortment of Pokémon-themed collectibles, and select tiers include a factory-sealed Pokémon TCG booster pack. Product photos show examples of possible finds. Contents vary by order, and booster packs are randomly selected from current inventory. Every booster pack we sell is factory sealed, 100% authentic, never resealed, and never weighed.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious error occurs we may cancel and refund the affected order rather than honor a mistaken price.
Shipping & returns
Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout; see our Shipping page for details. All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our products, subject to our Returns & Claims policy for damaged or incorrect orders.
Accounts
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Every 250th paid order automatically wins a free factory-sealed booster pack. No sign-up required. We may change or end this promotion at any time, but we'll honor orders that have already qualified.
Quack Cam
The Quack Cam is an optional add-on. If you add it, you agree that we may film your order being packed and share that video publicly on our Quack Cam feed and social channels. The video shows the scooping, not your personal information.
Disclaimers & liability
Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, iQuackScoops is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law, changes & contact
