Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and a phone number for delivery. If you create an account, we store your email, a securely hashed password, and your marketing preference. We also keep your order history so you (and we) can look orders up.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. As you browse, we set a small session cookie and keep basic technical logs (such as your browser type) to run the site securely. We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations and shipping updates), and, only if you opt in, occasional marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the shop: Stripe for payments, Shippo and the carriers for shipping and labels, our email provider for order and marketing emails, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. These are required for the site to work; we don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Signed-in customers can view and update their information in their account, and you can ask us to access or delete your personal information by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Our shop is intended for adult purchasers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for our business, accounting, and legal obligations. Other account information is kept until you ask us to remove it.
