Are your Pokémon booster packs authentic?+
Yes. Every Pokémon TCG booster pack we sell is factory sealed and 100% authentic. We source only from trusted retailers and distributors, and packs are never resealed and never weighed.
What's inside a Quack Scoop?+
That's the mystery! Every Quack Scoop is hand-packed with a unique assortment of Pokémon-themed collectibles and surprises, and no two scoops are exactly alike. Select scoop tiers also include a factory-sealed Pokémon TCG booster pack.
Can I choose which booster pack I receive?+
Booster packs are randomly selected from our current inventory, so you can't pick a specific pack. That's part of the surprise.
Do you accept returns?+
Because of the collectible, mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or something's wrong with it, see our Returns & Claims page. We'll make it right.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?+
Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Every order is packed securely, and tracking is provided when available.
What is the Quack Cam?+
The Quack Cam is an optional add-on. Add it to your order at checkout and we'll film your whole order being scooped, then share it on our Quack Cam feed. It's one flat fee per order, no matter how many scoops you get.
What is the Golden Quack Giveaway?+
Every 250th order automatically wins a free factory-sealed Pokémon TCG booster pack: orders #250, #500, #750, and so on. There's no sign-up; qualifying orders win automatically.
Do I need an account to order?+
No, guest checkout is always available. Creating an account just lets you save addresses and see your order history, and you can create one during checkout if you'd like.
How do I track my order?+
When your order ships, we'll email you tracking. Signed-in customers can view orders any time in their account, and guests can look one up with the order reference and email used at checkout.
