Here's how we get your Quack Scoops to your door. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and shown before you pay. No surprises at that step.
How shipping is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order. You'll see the available options and the exact cost before you confirm payment, so you can pick what works for you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Packing & handling
Every Quack Scoop is hand-packed and cushioned to help it arrive safely. We treat your collectibles the way we'd want ours treated. Because each scoop is packed by hand, please allow a little time for us to get your order ready before it ships.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details. Signed-in customers can also find tracking in their account, and guests can look up an order with the order reference and email used at checkout on our order-lookup page.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, we want to make it right. See our Returns & Claims page for how to start a claim, or contact us.
