Part of the fun of a Quack Scoop is not knowing exactly what you'll get. Because of that, our policy is straightforward, and if something's actually wrong with your order, we'll take care of you.

All sales are final

Due to the collectible, mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges based on which items or cards ended up in a scoop. The surprise is the whole point, and every scoop is different.

Booster packs

Every booster pack we sell is factory sealed and 100% authentic, and pulls are random. We can't accept returns based on what's inside a pack, but our authenticity promise stands behind every one.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or clearly not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a couple of photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Reach out from our Contact page with your order reference (like IQS-7F3K9Q), the email you used at checkout, and photos of the issue. We'll take it from there.
